Return and Exchange Policy

At Mumma Goose, we aim to ensure 100% satisfaction of our customers. We are happy to help in case you are not satisfied with any product you purchased from us.

1) In which cases can I request a return or replacement?

We will accept a return/replacement in the following cases

  1. In case of a size discrepancy. The product is too loose or tight.
  2. Product received in damaged condition.
  3. Quality did not match expectations.

2) What is the process of return or replacement/exchange?

In case of return/replacement, please follow the following steps:

  • Mail to us at mummagoose2021@gmail.com  or contact us through Whatsapp at 9625587429 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Click clear pictures of the product and attach them to the mail. State your reason of return as well.
  • Please prepare the return packet as follows:
    1. the product in its original condition with all the labels and tags intact,
    2. original packaging
    3. any discount coupons/ card/ freebie that you receive with the product 
    4. the purchase receipt

Note: Any return/exchange requests raised after 24 hours of delivery shall not be entertained.

Kindly pack all the aforementioned items safely and adequately to avoid loss of any part during transit.

  • Once the request is received and approved, a return must be initiated by the customer at his/her own expense through a reliable courier service within 24 hours of approval.
  • Email or Whatsapp the AWB number, Shipping Company name and clear photo/scanned receipt of the courier.
  • Once the package is received, a quality check will be carried out to ensure that the product is not used/ washed/ damaged. If approved, the return process will be initiated. 

3) On what grounds can return or replacement/exchange be refused?

The seller can refuse to accept a return in case of the following:

  1. The return has been initiated post 24 hours of product receipt.
  2. In case of a combo purchase, one item from the combo/group cannot be returned or replaced. All the products need to be sent back for the return/replacement.
  3. If the product has been bought in a clearance or a festival sale.
  4. The damage claimed is as a result of usage. 
  5. The product shows signs of being washed/dry cleaned.
  6. The product is soiled.
  7. In case any of the required elements mentioned above are missing.
  8. The quality is found to be as claimed by the seller at the time of purchase.

In the above cases, the product will be shipped back to the customer. The shipping charges, in that case, will be borne by the customer. 

4) What is the mode of refund?

  1.  In case the customer does not want an immediate replacement, the seller will issue a credit note worth the product cost paid by the customer by mail within 8-10 working days. This credit note will have a validity of 1 year.
  2. In case of immediate replacement, the newly selected product(s) will be shipped subject to the availability of the same. 

5) Are there any other details for me to know?

Once replaced, the product received on behalf of the original purchase cannot be replaced or returned.

If the product is purchased using a coupon/discount code, the replacement can be done only till the discount code is valid originally. So, please avoid using the discount code close to the end of validity

 

NOTE: Ethnic Wear and Party Frocks cannot be returned/exchanged.
